Her children’s yoga sessions are playful and heart-centered, helping young souls develop confidence, flexibility, and emotional awareness through movement and breath. Whether in-person or online, Cheryl creates a nurturing space for kids to grow with joy and ease.
For adults, Cheryl provides a holistic blend of personal training and yoga instruction, tailored to meet each person’s needs. Her sessions are designed to build physical strength, enhance flexibility, and foster emotional resilience. Whether you're beginning your wellness journey or deepening your practice, Cheryl’s experience as both a yoga instructor and personal trainer ensures a mindful, empowering approach to movement and healing.

Cheryl says;
"I am a qualified adult and children’s fitness instructor and yoga teacher. I have worked in partnership with the voluntary organisations Thirdage Project, Regents Park Timebank and the West Euston Partnership to offer family and children’s yoga, meditation and yin yoga.
My passion lies in teaching family and children’s yoga which I have been doing now for 3 years. I have recently set up a free yoga club for children living in Camden which runs over the school holidays. Yoga is highly beneficial for children as it helps them to build confidence, self esteem, new friendships, social skills, coordination, self regulation and concentration. Family yoga classes help parents and carers to form a stronger bond with their children and enhance their emotional wellbeing. My classes allow for children and families to come together to explore yoga through breathing exercises, poses, partner work, meditation and having fun".
